Silver Rate Today: Gold and silver prices have changed significantly this year. In the last month of the year, both gold and silver prices are once again seeing a rise. Silver has once again started breaking records. As soon as trading began on the Multi-Commodity Exchange on Wednesday, the silver price rose by ₹2,700, and silver reached a new lifetime high of ₹1,90,799. Meanwhile, gold prices are also increasing.

Silver prices have risen by nearly ₹10,000 per kilogram in the past two trading days. When trading began on MCX on Wednesday, the silver rate opened at ₹1,88,959, up from its previous closing price of ₹1,88,064. Silver became more expensive on December 10, 2025. The silver rate has risen by ₹9,000 in a single day. The price of silver in Chennai has crossed the ₹200,000 mark. The cost of one kilogram of silver in Chennai has reached ₹207,000.
