The Vande Bharat Sleeper train is set to depart from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) and will make its way to Bengaluru, passing through Pune, Solapur, and Wadi. The railways have upgraded significant routes like Daund-Wadi and Wadi-Guntakal, enabling trains to operate at speeds of up to 130 kilometers per hour. Alternatively, the train may also take a route through Kalaburagi or Hubli.
What will be the train’s schedule?
There has been no official word yet on the train’s schedule. However, media reports indicate that it is likely to operate six days a week, with one day allocated for maintenance. It is anticipated that the train will leave both Mumbai and Bengaluru around 9 pm, allowing passengers to arrive at their destinations early the next morning.
