PM Kisan Yojana 21st Installment: Even today, there are a large number of economically vulnerable people in the country, and the government runs various beneficial and welfare schemes for them. This includes our farmer brothers, who face many financial difficulties in growing crops. For such farmers, the Government of India runs the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
Under this scheme, farmers receive 2,000 rupees directly into their bank accounts three times a year. After 20 installments, it’s now the turn of the 21st installment. But do you know who those farmers are whose 21st installment could be delayed? Probably not, but you can learn about it here.
When can the 21st installment be released?
A total of 20 installments of the PM Kisan Yojana have been released so far. The 20th installment was released on August 2nd, benefiting over 9 crore eligible farmers. Subsequently, on September 26th, the 21st installment was released early to approximately 2.7 million farmers in Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh, due to the significant losses they suffered due to floods, landslides, and rain in these states.
Meanwhile, farmers in other states who are part of the PM Kisan Yojana are also awaiting the 21st installment. According to the rules, each installment of the scheme is released approximately every four months, and the four-month window for the 21st installment falls in November. Therefore, it is believed that the 21st installment may be released in November. However, official information is still awaited.
Who can not get PM Kisan Money?
Under the PM Kisan Yojana, only those who are eligible receive installment benefits. If you are ineligible and yet have been wrongly enrolled in the scheme, you will be identified, your application will be cancelled, and you will be denied installments. The installments of those farmers who have not even got the e-KYC work done may also get stuck.
Farmers who fail to complete the land verification process under the scheme may face a delay in receiving their installments. Therefore, ensure they complete the work within the stipulated time, or they will be deprived of their installments. If your Aadhaar card is not linked to your bank account or the DBT option is not enabled in your bank account, you may be deprived of the installment benefits.
