Now, farmers associated with the scheme are eagerly awaiting the 22nd installment. The month of January is ending, and February is beginning. Therefore, it is being speculated that the 22nd installment may be released in February. However, the government has not yet announced an official date, but an update is expected soon.

The four-month interval rule

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, each installment is usually released at an interval of approximately four months. Considering this timeframe, the 22nd installment is due in February. This is why farmers are increasingly hopeful that the next installment will be transferred to their accounts soon.

Essential conditions for receiving the installment

If farmers want to avail the benefit of the 22nd installment, it is mandatory to complete certain formalities. The farmer’s e-KYC must be completed. Along with this, the land verification process must also be completed. In addition, the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) facility should be enabled in the bank account; otherwise, the installment may be delayed.
