PM Kisan Yojana: The Government of India has launched a special campaign to enroll farmers in the PM Kisan Yojana, which will run from May 1 to May 31, 2025. The aim of this ‘PM Kisan Enrollment Draw’ launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare is to ensure that all eligible farmers in the country can take advantage of this ambitious scheme. If you have not yet joined this scheme, or your old information is incomplete, then complete these 3 important tasks before May 31, otherwise, you may be deprived of the assistance of ₹ 6,000 annually.
Why are these 3 tasks necessary by May 31
Under this campaign, not only the eligibility of old beneficiaries will be checked, but new farmers will also be included in the scheme who have not yet registered. State governments and local administrations have been instructed to cooperate to make this campaign successful at the village level. Before May 31, 2025, you have to complete these three main tasks:
Get e-KYC done.
Link bank account with Aadhaar.
Getting the land records verified.
How to do e-KYC
The good news is that now farmers do not need to go to any agent or center to get e-KYC done. You can easily do e-KYC from home using your mobile phone.
First of all, download the ‘PM-Kisan’ mobile app from Google Play Store.
Login by entering your Aadhaar number and Beneficiary ID in the app.
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter that OTP in the app.
Now you have to use the ‘Face Authentication’ feature. Scan your face following the instructions given in the app.
If your face authentication is successful, your e-KYC process will be completed.
This process will save you from any hassle and ensure that all your information remains updated with the government.
When will the 20th installment come
The 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana is expected to come in June 2025. Under this scheme, an installment of ₹ 2,000 every three months is sent directly to the bank accounts of farmers through DBT (Direct Beneficiary Transfer). In February 2025, an amount of more than ₹ 22,000 crore was released as the 19th installment, which directly benefited crores of farmers.

Go to the official website of PM Kisan www.pmkisan.gov.in.
Click on the ‘Know Your Status’ option on the right side of the homepage.
Enter your registration number, fill in the captcha code, and click on ‘Get Data’.
Your status will appear on the screen.
Check your name in the beneficiary list:
Visit the website.
Click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ option on the homepage.
Select details: Select your state, district, block, and village.
Click on ‘Get Report’.
The list of all the beneficiaries of your village will appear, in which you can search your name.
