Bank Holidays: Bank staff have multiple holidays lined up this week. Significant celebrations such as Ram Navami are also approaching. Banks will be shut down in the upcoming days because of the fourth Saturday and Sunday. As a result, banks in numerous cities will be closed for four consecutive days. March 26 (Thursday) – Banks will be closed in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ranchi, and Shimla in observance of the Shri Ram Navami festival.
March 27 (Friday) – Sri Ram Navami (Chaitra Dashain) – Bank employees will enjoy a holiday on this day in Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Patna, and Vijayawada.
March 28 (Saturday) – Being the fourth Saturday of the month, banks will be closed.
March 29 (Sunday) – Banks will not operate on this day due to the weekly holiday.
The final holiday of this month falls on March 31st. Bank employees will also have the day off in celebration of Mahavir Jayanti. This month, banks have been closed for several days due to festivals like Holi and Eid. Additionally, due to bank holidays on the first of next month, April 1st, the general public will not be able to access branches on that day either.

Banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Nagpur, as well as Panaji, Kanpur, Srinagar, and Vijayawada. Banks will remain closed in many cities on April 14 due to the festivals of Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Jayanti, Tamil New Year, Baisakhi.
