PM Kisan Update: One of the biggest and most popular schemes of the Government of India is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana), under which more than 9 crore farmers are given financial assistance of ₹ 6,000 every year. This amount is sent directly to the bank accounts of the farmers in 3 equal installments of ₹ 2 2 every 4 months through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
So far, 19 installments of this scheme have been released, and farmers are eagerly waiting for the 20th installment, which is likely to be released in July. But be careful! The benefit of the next installment will be available only to those farmers who have completed some important work. If you have not done these 5 things, then your installment may get stuck.
Will farmers get a gift on July 18
According to the rules of PM Kisan Yojana, the first installment is released between April and July, the second installment between August and November, and the third installment between December and March. Accordingly, if we look at the 4-month cycle, the time for the next installment is being completed in July.
The Modi government at the Center may likely release the 20th installment on July 18. This is because on July 18, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Motihari in Bihar and address a public meeting at Gandhi Maidan. However, there is no official confirmation about the date yet. Currently, the Prime Minister is on a foreign tour till July 9. Farmers are advised to wait for the official announcement, but keep their preparations complete.

How to do eKYC
First of all, go to the official website https://pmkisan.gov.in.
Go to the “Farmers Corner” section and click on the “e-KYC” option.
Enter your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number.
After verification, an OTP (one-time password) will be sent to the mobile number.
Enter the OTP, and your eKYC will be completed.
Special Note: If your mobile number is not linked to Aadhaar and there is a problem with fingerprint, then you can also do eKYC through face recognition by downloading the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi app from the Play Store.
How to link a mobile to Aadhaar
If your mobile number is not linked to your Aadhaar number, then it is necessary for eKYC.
You can get it linked by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
How to do Land Record Verification
Go to your nearest Agriculture Department office.
Get the required application form and submit the required documents as per the instructions. This may include your PM Kisan registration number, farm-related documents (Khasra/Khatauni), etc.
You will be selected after reviewing the application and documents. If your application is approved, you will be given land seeding.
How to link a bank account with NPCI DBT
Farmers have to activate NPCI DBT on their account.
To link NPCI, you can approach your nearest bank branch with your bank passbook and Aadhaar card. This will ensure that the money comes directly to your Aadhaar-linked account.
How to do the Farmer Registry
For the online farmer registry, visit the official website http://www.upfr.agristack.gov.in.
Enter your mobile number and Aadhaar number and verify with OTP.
Next, enter your land and bank account details.
Submit the information and get the registry number.
How to check your name in the list
It is very easy to check whether your name is in the list of beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Yojana or not:
- Visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
- Now click on ‘Farmers Corner’.
- After clicking on ‘Farmers Corner’, a new page will open.
- Here, select the option of ‘Beneficiary List’.
- After this, a form will open. In this, first select the name of the state, then the district, block, and village.
- After filling in all the information, click on ‘Get Report’.
- As soon as you complete this process, the list of beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Yojana of your village will open in front of you.
- If your name is on the list, the money will also come to your account.
