Namo Bharat Train Approved! These 6 Cities Will Soon Enjoy Rapid Rail Service

Namo Bharat Train- The cabinet has approved the operation of the Namo Bharat Train between Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi and Alwar in Rajasthan. In the first phase, tracks will be laid from Delhi to Bawal in Rewari via Gurugram. After that, plans are underway to connect it to Alwar. This is expected to reduce the distance of over 100 kilometers to just 40 minutes. With this approval, the fortunes of approximately six cities and towns between Delhi and Alwar are set to improve.

In addition to the metro, the routes of the Rapid Metro and Namo Bharat trains are being expanded to provide better connectivity to the entire NCR. A detailed project plan for the Namo Bharat train, which runs from Delhi to Alwar, has been prepared; all formalities from the Finance Department remain to be completed.

These areas situated between Delhi and Alwar will benefit

There are approximately six major cities and towns between them. There are also a significant number of smaller towns and villages. Moving beyond Rewari, we reach areas of Rajasthan where the construction of this Namo Bharat Corridor will provide significant convenience to residents, as there are no metro stations or facilities like the Rapid Metro. However, the Namo Bharat Corridor will now connect these areas.straightConnectivity will be available for NCR cities.

City’s and towns like Damdama Lake, Rewari, Neemrana, Behrur, etc. will benefit significantly. Furthermore, smaller towns like Mandawar and Kot Kasim, Kishangarh Bas, and Laxmangarh will also see new developments. Bhupendra Singh, founder of Lendane and real estate analyst, says that whenever a government scheme or project is implemented, the area is sure to develop. New projects not only provide amenities to residents but also strengthen other surrounding systems. As infrastructure strengthens, land prices also increase. Looking at several similar projects in the past, we can see that wherever major projects like the Metro, Expressway, Namo Bharat, or Rapid Metro have arrived in Delhi-NCR, land prices have risen rapidly, along with other amenities.
