First, save DMRC’s official WhatsApp number +91 9650855800 in your contacts.
Send a “Hi” message to that number on WhatsApp.
Choose your preferred language, either Hindi or English.
Hit the “Buy Ticket” option.
Pick your starting station and your destination station for the trip.
Select how many passengers are traveling.
You can book up to 6 tickets at once.
Double-check your ticket details and make your payment via UPI or the digital payment link provided.
After your payment goes through, you’ll get your QR code ticket sent to you on WhatsApp.
You can kick off your journey by scanning this QR code at the metro station’s entry gate.
