You will need to deposit ₹500 as token money.
To take advantage of this government scheme, farmers must register on the https://agriculture.up.gov.in/ portal. Farmers will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. For this, farmers will need to pay a token amount of ₹5,000 for online booking.
How much boring is required?
Regarding boring, 4-inch is required for 2HP, 6-inch for 3 and 5HP, 7.5HP, and 10HP. Farmers should get their own boring done. If verification reveals that the boring is not of the right quality, the token money will be confiscated and the application will be rejected. Furthermore, a 2HP surface up to 22 feet requires a boring up to 50 feet.

How to book a solar pump
To book a solar pump, visit the site https://agriculture.up.gov.in/.
The option to book for the PM Kusum Scheme will appear on the home page.
A new screen will open, and you should carefully read the guidelines before proceeding.
After this, an OATP will be sent to your mobile number.
Verify this OTP and complete the further process.
Do this after booking
After booking, you will receive a message on your registered mobile number. You will be required to deposit the remaining amount within the stipulated time frame. This can be done by generating a token online with any bank branch in India. It is also important to note that the solar pump installed at the site will not be removed. If removed, the government will recover the subsidy amount.
