According to the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association’s website, IBJA.com, gold and silver prices have declined. The 24-carat gold rate fell to ₹127,593 at market close. This means gold fell by ₹1,207 per 10 grams in a single day. Silver prices fell from ₹175,180 to ₹174,650 in a single day.
IBJA’s rate updates remain consistent across the country, but jewellery purchases include the GST and making charges, which further increase the price.

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), on Tuesday, December 2, the price of 22-carat (916-purity) gold fell from ₹1,173.77 to ₹1,116.875. 995 (23-carat) gold rose to ₹1,270.82 per 10 grams. 750 (18-carat) gold rose to ₹956.95 per 10 grams. 585 (14-carat) gold rose to ₹746.42 per 10 grams.
