PF Amount not showing Passbook Solution.  Crores of employees in the country work in various sectors. The government EPFO has started an online portal named EPFiGMS (Employees’ Provident Fund Grievance Management System). Through this portal, you can register your problem sitting at home.

What is EPFiGMS?

The government has created a government portal, EPFiGMS, to address the complaints of PF account holders. This portal is very useful for the PF account. From here, you can complain about any problem related to the delay in the transfer of money, the problem of the claim being stopped, or wrong information being updated.

The government has also provided the facility to submit the necessary documents along with the complaint on this portal. So that you can get redressal of your complaint as soon as possible. Apart from this, if you take the time to get a reply to your complaint, then you can also send a reminder.

How to complain

  • First of all, open the official website EPFiGMS.
  • On the homepage, click on the option ‘Register Grievance’.
  • Select PF Member
  • If there is a problem related to the claim, then enter the Claim ID or select “No”.
  • Then enter the UAN number and fill in the captcha, and click on ‘Get Details’.
  • The OTP will come to your mobile and email, enter it.
  • Fill in your address and other details.
  • Write your complaint in detail and upload the necessary documents.
  • Finally, click on Submit.
