PM Kisan Yojana Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has made many announcements in her first budget speech. She has announced many schemes for women, students and the elderly. During this time, Delhi CM has also made a big announcement regarding PM Kisan Yojana, in which she has said that now Delhi farmers will be given 9 thousand rupees instead of 6 thousand under PM Kisan Yojana. That means Delhi farmers will get 3 thousand rupees more.

BJP had promised

Actually before contesting the Delhi elections, BJP had promised that it will give top-up to farmers under the PM Kisan Yojana. Now, this promise is being fulfilled in Delhi’s budget and the farmers of Delhi will get Rs. 9,000 per year instead of Rs. 6,000, in which Rs. 6,000 will be given by the Central Government and Rs. 3,000 will be given by the Delhi Government.

What will the farmers have to do?

Now the only question running in the minds of thousands of farmers coming to Delhi is what will they have to do to get three thousand rupees extra. At present, the Delhi government has not given any information about this, but the government has complete data of the farmers. Farmers who are registered under the PM Kisan Yojana will themselves be eligible to avail the benefit of this top-up. That means farmers will not have to do much for this. At present it is not clear from which month the farmers of Delhi will get this benefit.
