Launch
Let me tell you that Skoda Auto announced that the official launch of the new generation Octavia RS will take place on 17 October 2025. But three days before launch, the company started pre-booking it through an online platform.
Booking opened at a token amount of just ₹2.5 lakhs and all units were full booked in just 20 minutes on sight. The car is currently being brought in as a single, full-loaded variant, which will be imported as a Complete But Unit Unit (CBU).
Engine
Talking about the engine, this time Skoda has filled tremendous power in its performance machine. The new Octavia RS features a 2.0 liter TSI turbo petrol engine that generates 265 PS of power and 370 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed DSG transmission that powers the front wheels. That is, whether it is a city ride or a highway, this car is ready to give an adrenalin rush at every turn.
Colour and Design
The new Octavia RS will be available in five great color options — Mamba Green, Magic Black, Race Blue, Candy White and Velvet Red. Introduced at BMGE Show in 2025, this car has similar style updates to the Global model. Its sporty bumpers, large air intakes, twin exhaust tips and 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels make it more aggressive than ever.
Interior
Talking about the interior, the feeling of performance increases even more as soon as you reach inside the cabin. There are bucket seats, upholstery with red stitching, and RS-branded three-spoke steering wheels. Also aluminum paddles and dark finish interior give it both premium and racing feel.

Delivery
Now Skoda has made its preparations after the bookings are over. The company will start delivering to customers from 6 November. That is, a racing level luxury sedan is coming soon to the house of this Diwali people who have booked it.
