The Honda Activa has once again demonstrated its strong hold on Indian customers. In November 2025, the Activa gained a total of 326,551 new customers, a growth of 22.39% compared to 266,806 units sold in November 2024.
Honda Shine 125/SP
After the Activa, Honda’s second-best-selling model is the Shine 125/SP. However, sales have seen a slight decline this time. In November 2025, 144,372 units of the Shine 125/SP were sold, compared to 158,471 units in November 2024. This represents a decline of 8.90%.
Honda Dio
The Honda Dio is one of those scooters that’s especially popular with young riders. Its funky styling, lightweight body, and bright color options set it apart. This time, the Dio has seen a remarkable surge. In November 2025, 36,340 units of the Dio were sold, a growth of 9.53% compared to 33,179 units sold last year.
Honda Unicorn
Demand for Honda Unicorn is growing slowly, and is considered a solid option in the commuter bike segment. Unicorn sold 32,825 units in November 2025. This is 3.33% higher than the 31,179 units of November 2024.

Honda Shine 100
The Honda Shine 100 also remained on the top-5 list, while its sales recorded a notable decline. Shine 100 sold 30,243 units in November 2025, while 37,817 units were sold in November 2024 last year, a drop of about 20%.
