Performance and mileage
Talking about the engine, the Harley X440 has a 440cc air & oil-cooled single-cylinder engine which gives around 27.37 PS power @ 6000 rpm and 35 kmpl mileage. The bike runs comfortably in the city and cruises at a speed of 120 kmph on the highway without any hassle.
It remains smooth even in the same sixth gear, but after 125 kmph its performance starts to decrease slightly. Yet this bike is a “Gentle Cruiser ” made for long journeys.
Features
Now let’s talk about its features, the Harley X440 is the most feature-packed bike in its segment. It has a TFT digital display, which shows information like distance-to-empty (DTE), gear position, speedometer, odometer.

Handling
Let me tell you that even though it weighs 190 kg, the X440 handling has a very smooth and balanced feel. Its cornering capabilities are much better and the bike remains stable on the highway as well.
Due to 170mm ground clearance, it gets out easily on bad roads and speed breakers. Although the suspension is slightly firm, the ride quality gets better if there is a pilion at the back.
Comfort and seating
The riding position of the Harley Davidson X440 is quite comfortable. upright handlebars, center-set footpegs, and soft seats make it a perfect bike for long rides. However its Pillion seat is slightly smaller, making it a bit uncomfortable to sit back over long distances. If the seat was a little more firm, this bike would have looked even more luxurious.

The Harley Davidson X440 comes in three variants. Denim (₹ 2.40 lakhs), Vivid (₹ 2.60 lakhs) and S (₹ 2.80 lakhs), all three of which get the same 440cc engine, the only difference being in features and finish. Whichever variant you choose, every model represents Harley’s class.
