2 large boiled potatoes
Tamarind pulp (as per your taste)
Salt
Red chili powder
Whole coriander seeds, dried red chilies, black peppercorns, cumin seeds
Black salt

How to make Aloo Cut

To make Aloo Cut, first cut the boiled potatoes into pieces.

Now, roast the cumin seeds, whole red chilies, black peppercorns, and whole coriander seeds well in a pan and grind them to make a powder.

Sprinkle this powder on the chopped potatoes. Along with this, add red chili powder, black salt, and salt to taste, and serve it with tamarind pulp.
