What ingredients are required to make Egg Palak Curry?

Spinach (chopped) – 2 cups

Eggs (boiled) – 4

Tomato (chopped) – 1

Onion (finely chopped) – 1

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon

Green chilli – 1

Red chilli – 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Oil – 2 teaspoons

Cream/yoghurt – 1 teaspoon

How is Egg Palak Curry made?

Step 1- First, heat oil in a pan. Then add onions and fry them until golden brown.

Step 2 – Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Then add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Step 3- Now add red chilli, turmeric, salt and coriander powder and mix.

Step 4- Add the spinach puree and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then, dice the boiled eggs and add them to the curry.

Step 5- Then add cream or curd on top and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
