Do you have a job card? If you do not do this within the specified time, your job card may be canceled! 100 days of work may start soon, so it is very important to do this! Here are the details of what to do, how to do it.

Along with SIR, the work of linking Aadhaar card with job card has started in the state (west Bengal). According to the government instructions, every job card holder with 100 days of work will now have to complete this linking process. The administration has informed that if the work is not done within the time limit, the job card may be canceled. Currently, this process is being completed through face authentication, which is also known as ‘Job Card Verification’ or E-KYC’.

Aadhaar Linking for Job Cards

The main objective of this process is to verify whether the family members whose names are on the job card are actually alive and actively working. The aim of this project is to update the information by excluding the names of deceased or transferred persons. For linking, the job card and the Aadhaar card of each family member will be required. This process can be completed completely offline, not online. You will have to go to the booth office under each gram panchayat and link it directly. The support staff or operators present at the booth office are responsible for this work.

It has been specifically informed that all the family members will have to be present at the booth office, because everyone’s identity will be verified there through the Face Authentication process. According to the administration, as a result of this initiative, genuine workers will get the benefits transparently and the number of fake job cards will be reduced to a great extent. However, the administration is also conducting miking and publicity to make people aware of this issue in rural areas, so that no one loses the benefits after the deadline. So if you also do not have Aadhaar linked with your job card, then do it now without delay!
