Uttar Pradesh secured three points by taking the lead on the basis of first innings against Tamil Nadu in Coimbatore on the fourth and final day of the Ranji Trophy Group A match. In reply to Tamil Nadu’s first innings score of 455, Uttar Pradesh scored 460 runs and secured three points in the drawn match. Tamil Nadu got one point.
