What ingredients are required to make Methi Vada?
Gram flour – 1 cup
Degi chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek – 250 grams
Garlic-ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Green chillies – 2, finely chopped

White sesame seeds – 2 teaspoons
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon.
Curry leaves – 4-5
Hing – a pinch
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Oil – for frying
Salt – to taste
How is Methi Vada made?
Step 1 – To make fenugreek vada, first clean the fenugreek, chop it finely and wash it.
Step 2 – Then, take gram flour in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, salt, and red chilli powder, and mix it in. Then, add white sesame seeds, coriander leaves, chaat masala, and green chillies.
Step 3- Then add slightly warm mustard oil and water to this mixture and make a mixture.

Step 4- After that, spread this mixture on a plate and cook it with steam.
Step 5 – Once it’s cooked, cut it into pieces of your choice. Add some oil to a pan, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, and curry leaves, and temper them.
Step 6 – Now add the prepared fenugreek vada and white sesame seeds and mix well. Serve the prepared fenugreek vada with chutney as a hot breakfast.
Methi Mathri

Fenugreek – 500 grams
Gram flour – 100 grams
Semolina – 250 grams
Green fenugreek – 1 cup, finely chopped

Celery – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – for frying
How is Methi Mathri made?
Step 1- First, sift the flour and semolina into a large plate. Then, add the gram flour, salt, and carom seeds and mix.

Step 2- Now add some finely chopped fenugreek and moin to this flour. Add a little water and knead into a dough.
Step 3- Now, when the dough is slightly warm, make mathris from the prepared dough and fry them in oil. Once all the mathris are made, cool them and store them in a container.
