Know where the votes are kept.

After this, the person cannot enter alone. The person can only be brought inside accompanied by security personnel and authorised officials. A government building must be used to build a strong room. It is not permitted on private property. In any case, it is always built in government buildings.
Three-tier Security
The strong room is guarded by three layers: the first layer, the inner security, is guarded by Central Paramilitary Forces personnel. The second layer, the middle-level security, is also under the control of Central forces.
The third layer, the outer security, is handled by the State Police. Furthermore, the entire premises is monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV cameras. All footage is continuously displayed to officials and candidates’ representatives in the control room.
Who holds the keys?

Representatives of all major political parties and Election Commission observers are also present when the strong room is sealed. Political parties are also permitted to use their own symbol as a seal, subject to a written application.
