Delhi Blast: An explosion was heard near the Radisson Hotel in Mahipalpur, Delhi. According to the news agency IANS, the fire department received information about the incident at 9:18 am. The Delhi Fire Service swung into action immediately after receiving information about the incident. According to emerging information, three fire engines are present at the scene in the Mahipalpur area. Twelve people were killed in the recent blast near the Red Fort. The government has termed this incident an act of terrorism.

Blast near the Hotel
According to emerging information, an explosion was heard near the Radisson Hotel in Mahipalpur, Delhi. According to the fire brigade, they received a call about the explosion in Mahipalpur at 9:18 am. DCP South West said, “Delhi Police has not found anything suspicious in the initial investigation. Police are trying to trace the source of the sound.” He further said, “A call was received about an explosion near Radisson Mahipalpur, and staff were sent to the scene. When contacted, the caller said he had heard a loud noise while travelling to Gurugram. Upon local inquiry, a guard said that the rear tyre of a DTC bus heading towards Dhaula Kuan had burst, causing the noise.”

On the other hand, 12 people were killed and 30 others were injured in an explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort.
