Bihar Exit Poll – Various claims are being made after both phases of voting in the Bihar Assembly elections. All exit polls released a day earlier predicted an absolute majority for the NDA. The exit polls appear to be a major setback for the Grand Alliance. Meanwhile, opposition leaders are unwilling to accept these exit polls as accurate.
Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav, has called all exit polls fake. He surprised everyone by announcing the formation of a Grand Alliance government and the swearing-in of the Grand Alliance on November 18th. He declared that the pen will rule in Bihar. Huge job and employment opportunities are about to be created.
Warning to the Election Commission
Former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav warned the Election Commission that if any attempt is made to tamper with the vote count, the public will respond with a befitting reply. The public is ready for any kind of sacrifice. Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday, Tejashwi said that the exit polls were directed by the BJP, and especially Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
In addition to the Lok Sabha elections, similar fake exit polls were conducted in the West Bengal and Jharkhand assembly elections, which were proven wrong after the election results. He further stated that 7.2 million more votes were cast across the state compared to the 2020 assembly elections. This means that 32,500 more people voted in each assembly constituency. These votes are for change.
Vote counting speed may be slow- Tejashwi.
Tejashwi Yadav expressed apprehension about the slow pace of vote counting. He said that rigging could be the reason behind the slow pace. Military flag marches could be conducted in the districts to create panic among the public. However, people will not be deterred and will continue to protest against irregularities.
Tejashwi stated that the main goal of the fake surveys is to create psychological pressure on the officials involved in the counting of votes, forcing them to succumb to pressure from the state and central governments. This already happened in 2020, when our government was almost formed.
