When was the UPSC Mains Exam 2025 held?

The Union Public Service Commission conducted the Civil Services Mains 2025 from August 22 to August 31, 2025. The exam was held in two shifts at various centres across the country—

  • First shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Second shift: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

A total of 979 posts will be filled through this exam, including IAS, IPS, IFS, and other Group A and B services.
