They have made an app that gives real-time PNR status and journey details, such as if the train is delayed.
Along with PNR status, the Railofy app also shows live train updates and details about the previous and next stations. Earlier, passengers had to call 139 to get train information. But now, you can get everything easily through the app.
How to Get Services on WhatsApp
- Update your WhatsApp app.
- Save the Railofy train inquiry number – 98811 93322.
- Open WhatsApp and type your 10-digit PNR number in the Railofy chat box.
- Send the message. After that, you will get live train updates on WhatsApp.
