PM Kisan 21st Installment: The Indian government runs several schemes to help farmers, the most popular of which is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Yojana). Under this scheme, farmers receive Rs 2,000 three times a year, totaling Rs 6,000 annually. Now, farmers are awaiting the 21st installment, which will soon be credited to their accounts.

Which farmers have received the 21st installment?

On September 26th, the central government transferred the 21st installment to the accounts of farmers in Uttarakhand, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh. This was done because farmers in these states had suffered significant losses due to recent heavy rains, floods, and landslides. Therefore, the government prioritized these farmers by releasing the installment.

When will the remaining farmers get the money?

The installment for the remaining farmers has not yet been released, but it is expected that after the Bihar elections, the results of which will be announced on November 14th, the central government may transfer money to the accounts of millions of farmers. The last installment, the 20th, was released on August 2, 2025. Typically, each installment is released approximately every four months, so November is considered the most likely date for the 21st installment.

What is required to get the installment?

If you are also a member of the PM Kisan Yojana, please complete some important tasks on time. E-KYC, Aadhaar linking, and land verification must be fully verified. If any of these processes are incomplete, the installment will not be credited to your account. The government has not yet announced the exact date for the 21st installment, but according to sources within the Agriculture Ministry, an update is expected soon. Farmers should keep an eye on the official PM Kisan website.
