Monsoon Update – A Western Disturbance has activated in most parts of North India, bringing overcast skies. Meanwhile, the effects of Cyclone Montha have subsided, but two new systems have become active, disrupting the weather across much of the country.

Due to this Western Disturbance, rain and snowfall are expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. Heavy Rain Alert in These States

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for severe weather activity for November 5th and 6th. For two days, Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan may experience cloudy weather. Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Kashmir may experience cloudy weather, along with snowfall and rain.

Dark clouds and rain are expected in parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The IMD has predicted rain in several areas of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu in the south. Rain is possible in Manipur, Puducherry, Nagaland, and Mizoram. Rain and thundershowers are forecast in Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim. The next 48 hours could be a disaster for all these states.

What is the weather like in Delhi-NCR?

The IMD has predicted partly cloudy skies in Delhi-NCR in November due to a western disturbance. The IMD has predicted a minimum temperature of 17 to 18 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. The pollution level in Delhi-NCR has crossed the 410 AQI.

The IMD has issued a warning for rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. On November 5th, Himachal Pradesh will be overcast, and some areas may experience rain and snowfall. The IMD has issued a rain alert for Kullu, Mandi, Una, Shimla, Hamirpur, Solan, Kangra, and Chamba.
