The design of both models of the Vivo X300 Series will be similar to its previous version. That is, you will again get to see the large circular camera module on which Zeiss branding will be given. Display: The Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display, which will come with a 120Hz refresh rate. At the same time, the Vivo X300 will get a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 1.5K flat OLED panel, which will support the same 120Hz refresh rate.
Processor: Both phones can offer MediaTek Dimension 9500 chipsets, which will give great speed and efficiency with LPDDR5X RAM.
Battery and charging: The X300 Pro is expected to have a large battery of 5,440mAh and the X300 is expected to have a battery of 5,360mAh. Both models will support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Software: The Vivo X300 Series can launch on Android 15 based OriginOS 5 in China and FuntouchOS 15 in Global Markets.

Regarding pricing, reports suggest that the Vivo X300 could be priced around ₹69,999 in India, while the Vivo X300 Pro might cost up to ₹99,999. However, the company has not yet officially announced the prices.
