Display: The Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display, which will come with a 120Hz refresh rate. At the same time, the Vivo X300 will get a slightly smaller 6.31-inch 1.5K flat OLED panel, which will support the same 120Hz refresh rate.
Processor: Both phones can offer MediaTek Dimension 9500 chipsets, which will give great speed and efficiency with LPDDR5X RAM.
Battery and charging: The X300 Pro is expected to have a large battery of 5,440mAh and the X300 is expected to have a battery of 5,360mAh. Both models will support 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Software: The Vivo X300 Series can launch on Android 15 based OriginOS 5 in China and FuntouchOS 15 in Global Markets.

Regarding pricing, reports suggest that the Vivo X300 could be priced around ₹69,999 in India, while the Vivo X300 Pro might cost up to ₹99,999. However, the company has not yet officially announced the prices.
