New Delhi: This time, the Bihar Assembly elections have already seen a flurry of promises. Following the Tejashwi Yadav manifesto, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is also set to release its manifesto today. The NDA will release its manifesto, titled “Sankalp Patra, which is being closely watched. The BJP’s manifesto will also counter the Grand Alliance’s manifesto, Sankalp Patra.

The NDA manifesto is likely to include several promises, including government jobs, stopping migration from Bihar, and providing participation to Dalits and backward classes. It may also make special announcements for women. Several prominent leaders, including Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Upendra Kushwaha, Jitan Ram Manjhi, and Chirag Paswan, are expected to be present at the manifesto release. The first phase of elections is scheduled for November 6th, for which leaders from all political parties are campaigning.

What issues will the NDA focus on?

The NDA manifesto is likely to include issues related to the poor, farmers, and women. The government has also encouraged women in the state to pursue self-employment by providing them with cash assistance of ₹10,000 each. Furthermore, if the venture is successful, a loan of ₹2 lakh will be provided for expansion.

Most importantly, this scheme may be included in the NDA’s manifesto. Furthermore, promises of pensions for widows and reservations in higher education may also be included in the manifesto. The NDA government has also promised to provide unemployment allowances and employment opportunities to youth in Bihar. It is also likely to encourage investment and employment by encouraging farmers to sell their produce through various enterprises and establishing new business clusters.

The Grand Alliance has already released its manifesto, titled “Tejasvi Pranaam.” Tejasvi Pranaam makes significant announcements, including government jobs for every family in Bihar, women’s safety, and makhana farmers. It also promises to regularise the outsourcing of employees. The first phase of voting will be held on November 6th. The second phase of voting is to be held on November 11, while the results will be declared on November 14.
