Skoda has launched the new Octavia RS in India and its price surprised everyone. The on-road price in Mumbai has been kept at ₹63.19 lakhs, which is much lower than expected. Many auto experts felt that this price would go beyond ₹70 lakhs, but Skoda surprise everyone.
