What’s New
The biggest change in the new version is its app-based features. Users can now check real-time charging status and ride statistics on their mobile app. Customization options are also available so each rider can set data points according to their needs. The scooter features a 6-inch display that displays key information such as range, battery, and charging status in a clear and sharp manner.

Safety and Riding Dynamics
In terms of safety and riding dynamics, the River Indy already came with good safety features, but the Gen 3 version adds a new hill hold assist. This feature is especially helpful when stopping the scooter on a slope. Furthermore, the company has equipped the scooter with more grippy tires that provide better grip on rough roads, potholes, and waterlogged areas. The 14-inch alloy wheels with 110/70 front and 120/70 rear tires provide a smoother riding experience.
Design and Utility
There haven’t been any major changes in terms of design. It remains a scooter with a utilitarian approach. It features rectangular twin-beam LED headlights, LED indicators, a flat floorboard, a foldable footrest, and a step-up seat design. Side-mounted protective bars and pannier mounts not only enhance safety but can also be used to attach accessories.
