What is e-challan?
When you receive a digital challan for violating traffic rules, instead of a paper challan, directly on your phone, it’s called an e-challan. Sensor cameras have been installed on most city roads these days, which identify vehicle registration numbers and instantly generate an e-challan for traffic rule violations. This challan then goes directly to your mobile phone, including the vehicle’s details and the challan amount.
