– After clicking on this, the CPGRAMS page will open, on which you can register your complaint.
– After filing the complaint, a registration number is generated by the PMO, through which you can track the status of your complaint.
– Along with filing the complaint, you can also upload the documents related to the complaint on the PMO website.
Offline Method
If you don’t want to file a complaint online, you can also submit your complaint to the Prime Minister’s Office in writing. You can do this by mail or fax. To send a complaint by mail, you can use the address: Prime Minister’s Office, South Block, New Delhi, PIN code 110011. For fax, you can directly visit the postal counter of the Prime Minister’s Office in South Block, New Delhi. Alternatively, you can also submit your complaint using the fax number 01123016857.
Complaints submitted to the Prime Minister, either online or offline, are resolved by the Prime Minister’s Office. A team within the Prime Minister’s Office monitors and reviews these complaints. This team interacts with various ministries, departments, and state governments to ensure appropriate action. If the complaint is actionable, it is forwarded to the relevant authority through CPGRAMS. Citizens can check the status of their complaints by entering their registration number on the website http://pgportal.gov.in/ViewStatus.aspx. All data on the department’s response to your complaint, along with a copy of the response, are available on this portal.
