3-Door Thar Facelift
Testing images of the new 3-door Thar facelift reveal a completely new front bumper, giving it a more muscular and robust appearance. The fog lamp housings have also been given a sharper look. The grille has also received some minor changes, and Mahindra may also add a C-shaped LED lighting signature, making it even more attractive.
The design changes aren’t limited to the front. The new Thar will also feature new alloy wheels, which will distinguish it from the current model. However, Mahindra will not make any changes to its basic structure, meaning it will retain its ladder-frame design.
Engine and Performance
In terms of the engine, the updated Thar is not expected to receive any major changes. This SUV will come with the same engine options as the existing ones:
1.5-liter diesel engine
2.0-liter turbo petrol engine
2.2-liter diesel engine

Technology and Features
The interior of the facelifted Thar will also see major upgrades. A larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system will be placed in the center of the dashboard. The area around the gear lever has also been redesigned, possibly housing a wireless charging pad.
