Threat sent via email
According to Sola police station Inspector KN Bhukan, on Monday morning, an unknown person sent an email to the official email ID of the Gujarat High Court, claiming that RDX had been stored in the court building. The search operation of the court premises is going on.
Earlier last week, the Bombay High Court and the Delhi High Court received bomb threats, which caused panic. Hearings had to be postponed at both places. Officials stated that after receiving the email, the premises of the Delhi and Mumbai High Courts were evacuated. Then a search operation was started. The bomb squad searched. But the bomb threat turned out to be false. Many major establishments and schools in the city had recently received similar bomb threats. There is no need to panic at the moment.
