According to a recent report, BCCI has earned a whopping ₹14,627 crore in the last five years alone, which is proof of its financial strength.

This has been revealed in a report by cricket website Cricbuzz. According to the report, BCCI has earned ₹4,193 crore in the financial year 2023-24 alone, and it has a total cash balance of ₹20,686 crore. This information came to light when BCCI paid its dues to its state associations. This report revealed that the BCCI’s general fund was ₹3,906 crore in 2019, which has now increased to ₹7,988 crore, i.e., almost double.
According to the statement of accounts given in the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), BCCI’s cash and bank balance has increased by ₹14,627 crore. This figure is before paying the dues of the state associations.
