Warning of torrential rains in 23 districts of Madhya Pradesh

If IMD is to be believed, a warning of heavy rains has been issued in 23 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in Gwalior, Bhind, Morena, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Guna and Ashoknagar of the state. Apart from these, heavy rains may occur in Vidisha, Sehore, Sagar, Raisen, Narmadapuram, Harda and Betul.

Heavy rain alert has been issued in Khandwa, Burhanpur, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Chhindwara and Pandhurna. Heavy rains can be seen in Seoni, Mandla and Balaghat.

Heavy rain alert till 2 September

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of heavy rain in 8 districts of MP on September 1. IMD has issued an alert of heavy rains in Jhabua, Alirajpur, Dhar, Barwani, Dewas and from 1 to 2 September. Heavy rains are expected in Khandwa, Seoni and Balaghat.

Light rain with lightning and thunder is expected in many districts. Ratlam, Jhabua, Alirajpur and Rewa may receive heavy rain on September 2.
