New Delhi: Continuous rain is being witnessed in parts of North and Western India, due to which the situation is out of control. Rain has caused havoc in Jammu and Kashmir these days. First cloudburst in Doda and then landslide on the Vaishnodevi Yatra route caused havoc.
Now the situation has become critical due to a cloudburst in the upper parts of the Rajgarh area of Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir after heavy rain. So far, 3 people have died in this incident, and 4 are still missing. Search work is being done for the missing people, but no clues have been found yet.
Relief and rescue work continues.
According to the Jammu and Kashmir administration, many houses have suffered heavy damage. Some of these have been completely washed away in the floodwaters. In view of the situation, a rescue operation has been started by the local administration. Search work is going on for the missing people, but no one has been found yet.
Along with this, temporary relief centres have been set up for the affected families. According to the official, the affected areas are being monitored closely, and additional teams will be sent if needed.
