According to the Meteorological Department, a warning has been issued for heavy rainfall in many areas of Chhattisgarh and eastern Madhya Pradesh for the next 7 days. The Meteorological Department estimates that the series of heavy rains will continue in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim from August 29 to August 30. Heavy rainfall is expected in Bihar from August 30 to September 1. Heavy rain is expected in many places in Odisha from August 31 to September 3.
