Rajasthan High Court Order: The Rajasthan High Court gave such an order today, which made the students happy. Actually, the High Court has ordered to make amendments in the mark sheets of all the students doing two-year diploma related to elementary education. This benefit will be given to students who have completed the seven-day Scout and Guide cap after the last diploma examination.

The High Court has also ordered to mention the cap in the mark sheets of the diplomas of all the students. The court has also ordered to follow its order within 4 weeks, i.e., one month. With this, the mark sheet will now be considered valid for government recruitment. About 4.5 thousand students will benefit from this.

All students will benefit.

On Monday, the judge of the court, Anoop Kumar Dhand, gave a big decision while accepting the petition of Rumali Meena and others. The judge gave this order to amend the mark sheets of all the students, like the petitioners. Advocate Hemant Gupta informed the court that the petitioners have passed the 2-year diploma in elementary education. For some reason, I could not attend the 7-day Scout and Guide Camp before the final exam. I completed the camp after completing my diploma, but the Education Departmental Examinations Registrar in Bikaner has rejected the application to mention the camp in the mark sheets.

Will my diploma be wasted?

For information, let us tell you that the appeal holders said to the High Court that if they do not mention the completion of the Scout Guide camp in their mark sheets, they will not be considered eligible for government jobs and their diploma will be wasted. On the other hand, Additional Advocate General Basant Singh Chhabra, on behalf of the government, said that applications for such amendments in the mark sheets of about four and a half thousand students are pending.
