Reward points will also be less on Air India tickets

From March 31,2025,the reward points available on Air India SBI Platinum Credit Card and Air India SBI Signature Credit Card on purchasing tickets through the Air India website or mobile app will be reduced. This is a setback for those who travel frequently by Air India and accumulate reward points through these cards.

Huge drop in reward points

The primary cardholders of Air India SBI Platinum Credit Card will now get only 5 reward points per ₹ 100 spent,up from 15 earlier. This is a huge cut that will significantly reduce the rate of reward earning for these cardholders.

Air India SBI Signature Credit Card

At the same time, the primary cardholders of Air India’s SBI Signature Credit Card will now get only 10 reward points per ₹ 100 spent,up from 30 points earlier. This change will also significantly affect the earning of reward points.
