Royal Enfield Added These New Models: Royal Enfield is going to expand its portfolio in this financial year. According to an Autocar India report, the company is considering expanding the portfolio of its popular Classic 350 motorcycle. For this, the company is going to give a big update to its J platform. Royal Enfield will launch 5 new models before the end of the current financial year. This includes Goa Classic 350, Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, Interceptor Bear 650 and Classic 650.

Company will increase portfolio by 50%

This year the revised Classic 350 will also see a major update. Actually, the company has changed the UCE motor to J platform engine. This update will also be available in other 350cc models like Bullet, Hunter and Meteor. With this the company will increase its product portfolio by about 50% in the coming years. Sources say that the company is strengthening itself with the help of multiple products and engine architectures to create different form factors and designs.

Will invest Rs 1400 crore

The company is going to launch 6 to 9 new models in the financial year 2025. With the help of which it has set a target of crossing the sales figure of 10 lakh units for the first time. According to a report by Autocar Professional, the company is planning to invest Rs 1,200 crore to Rs 1,400 crore to expand its business plan for FY 2025. This investment will be made to enhance its product portfolio, R&D and other capabilities.

88% capture in 250 to 800cc segment

With plans to sell over 10 lakh units globally in fiscal 2025, the company is expected to grow by over 12 to 15 percent in the current financial year. The company’s domestic sales target is around 9.4 lakh units. The company has set a target of selling around 75,000 to 90,000 units in the international market. Royal Enfield has a market share of 88% in the 250 to 800cc segment with sales of 8.34 lakh units.
