Nokia Boring Phone: Nokia brand phone manufacturer HMD is now going to launch another interesting phone. This phone has been named ‘The Boring Phone’ and to prepare it, HMD has partnered with a beer manufacturing company. HMD, beer brand Heineken and fashion label Bodega are together bringing a unique phone with a transparent design.
At a time when information overload has become a part of everyday life, boring phones will be launched with only basic features. Only tasks like calling and sending messages can be done with this flip style phone. There will be no options like installing any app or using social media. However, users will definitely be able to play the classic Snake game.
The phone is unique in terms of looks
Of course the phone may be boring in terms of features but in terms of looks it will be unique. The design of its transparent phone has been revealed and apart from holographic stickers, green accent has also been given in it. It has a retro feel and with the neutron aesthetics it will look like 80s and 90s technology. The company will launch only selected units of this phone for sale.
Talking about the specifications, this feature phone has a 2.8 inch display inside and 1.77 inch display outside. Apart from 0.3MP camera, headphone jack is also available in this phone. It is claimed that with the powerful battery of this phone, you will get standby time of up to a week. At the same time, it will have support for 2G/3G/4G connectivity.
Only 5000 units of the Boring Phone will be produced and given away through special promo programs and contests. At present it is not clear whether this phone will be available for sale or not.
