According to a report by DigiTimes, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is likely to begin small-scale production of its “N2” 2nm processors by the end of 2024, with mass production expected in 2025.
The report revealed that TSMC had announced plans to start mass production of 2nm chips by 2025. It was reported that the upcoming iPhone 17 Pro will be one of the first devices to feature these new processors.
