Bajaj Auto MD Rajiv Bajaj had recently said that the CNG motorcycle will not only be environment friendly but will also reduce fuel costs.
Rajiv Bajaj said that CNG network is developing rapidly in the country, hence this bike will attract people who are conscious about environmental protection. He also said that this bike can be launched under a different brand.
When will Bajaj’s CNG bike arrive?
However, Rajiv Bajaj has not announced any specific date for the launch of this bike, but he said that it will be launched by June 2024. If reports are to be believed, Bajaj’s CNG bike may be costlier than the petrol bike in its segment. Due to CNG and dual fuel technology, making this bike may be expensive in the beginning.

Bajaj Auto, led by MD Rajiv Bajaj, is set to launch a special series of clean fuel motorcycles, news agency PTI reported. Under this planning, the first model of CNG bike can be launched in June. Along with this, the company has made a big announcement of investment that we will invest Rs 5000 crore in the next 5 years under Corporate Social Responsibility.
The company has now launched a new motorcycle running on compressed gas.This bike will provide better fuel efficiency to environmentally conscious consumers. Rajiv Bajaj emphasized that the new bike will attract customers expecting high mileage.
Due to being equipped with CNG technology, a lot of changes have been made in this bike. A special tank has been installed in this bike which runs on both petrol and CNG fuel options. It is estimated that its price will be higher than a petrol bike.
