A few adjustments later, including programming the key to unlock all doors with a single press, and the cacophony was silenced, making life with the Fronx a tad more pleasant.

As I racked up the kilometers, I found myself grappling with a newfound neck issue, likely exacerbated by prolonged phone use. Heightened sensitivity to seating position drew attention to the absence of a driver’s seat height adjustment in our Fronx 1.2 Delta+ AMT variant, leaving me perched uncomfortably high with compromised visibility.
A scan of the Fronx’s features highlighted the disparity in trim levels, with the 1.0 Boosterjet engine-equipped models enjoying the luxury of adjustable seating. Nevertheless, essential features such as the user-friendly touchscreen, efficient auto climate control, and reliable auto LED headlights continue to enhance the driving experience.
Fuel Efficiency
Adapting to the rhythm of the AMT gearbox, I’ve found harmony in driving with a light foot, reaping the rewards of seamless shifts and commendable fuel economy amidst Mumbai’s bustling traffic. The Fronx consistently delivers upwards of 13kpl, a testament to its efficiency and performance in urban environments.
Wear and Tear
Despite the smooth sailing, a minor mishap left its mark on the Fronx’s front fender, serving as a reminder of the unpredictability of city driving. However, Maruti’s reputation for affordability and reliability reassures me that repairs won’t break the bank. Meanwhile, an impending visit to the service center is imminent as the rear left window begins to exhibit temperamental behavior, refusing to wind up as smoothly as before.
Fronx’s Appeal
With over 100,000 Fronxs gracing the roads, it’s evident that the model’s aesthetic charm remains undiminished. Its striking design commands attention, offering a refreshing departure from mundane automotive landscapes. Free from the incessant beeps that once disrupted the tranquility, I can now fully appreciate the Fronx’s allure.
