Bollywood actor Salman Khan turned 60 on December 27th. To celebrate his birthday, he hosted a lavish party at his Panvel farmhouse. Salman’s family and some of Bollywood’s biggest stars attended the party. Former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was also seen at the party.
Photos and videos of Dhoni and Salman Khan are viral on social media platforms
He arrived at the event with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, and daughter, Ziva Dhoni. A large crowd gathered outside Salman’s farmhouse to see Dhoni. Salman and Dhoni also posed for a photo together, which has since gone viral on social media. Dhoni will return to the field in the Indian Premier League 2026 (IPL 2026). The 44-year-old will play another season for the Chennai Super Kings, having led the franchise to five IPL titles. Dhoni will play as a wicketkeeper-batsman in the 19th season. He will play under the captaincy of Ruturaj Gaikwad. Dhoni previously captained Chennai in the 2025 season after Gaikwad was ruled out of the tournament due to an elbow injury.
With Dhoni’s advancing age, Chennai strengthened their wicketkeeping options by trading with Rajasthan Royals for Sanju Samson in exchange for Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran. They also signed youngster Kartik Sharma for a hefty sum of ₹14.20 crore to further strengthen their wicketkeeping backup options.
