After the match, the star batter said many things about himself, mostly how he would like to prepare himself for a match.
Virat Kohli shared something about himself
Kohli scored two consecutive centuries in the first two matches of the series and remained unbeaten in the third ODI as well. He finished as the series’ top scorer with 302 runs and an astonishing average of 151. He had previously been dismissed for two consecutive ducks in the ODIs played in Australia, but this time he changed his approach and made a brilliant comeback.
At the post-match presentation ceremony, Kohli said clearly, “Honestly, the way I batted in this series is the most satisfying thing for me. I haven’t played at this level in two or three years. It feels like my whole game is coming together, and it will be exciting to build on that.”

He said that whenever he feels mentally free, his game takes on a completely different form. Kohli further said, “When I bat like this, it’s a huge benefit to the team. I can play long innings, adapt to the situation, and have complete confidence that I can handle any situation on the field.”
Kohli also said that taking risks opens up his game. “I know that when I play freely, sixes come easily… I just wanted to have some fun, push my limits, and see how far I can go.”
