In this match against Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh scored 212 runs and restricted Chandigarh to 172 runs in 20 overs with their superb bowling. Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s bowling performance was evident for UP in this match, taking 3 wickets for just 23 runs in his 4 overs. Vipraaj Nigam also took 2 wickets, while Shivam Mavi, Kartik Tyagi, and Prashant Veer took 1 wicket each. This was UP’s fifth match in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2025. With their third win, they are now second in the Group B points table with 12 points.
